Vivrant*

Vi·vrant
/vivrǝnt/

Adjective

A portmanteau of the words “vibrant” (pulsing with life, vigor, or activity) and “vivacious” (lively in temper, conduct, or spirit).

“It’s such a vivrant thing.”

A creative anglicization of the French word “vivant,” meaning “alive.”

"'Vivant'... is French for 'living,' but it's not an English word, so... I kind of made it up," Q-Tip explained to MTV News. "So it's... like a feeling, just like a breath of fresh air, kind of, like, spunky. Poppin', zest, and all that there." (Source: Reddit, because the MTV News article got wiped from the internet)

The title of my new newsletter, where I’ll write about living life as fully as you can.

“Bee wrote a really great newsletter about how writing her first book and going through Pilates instructor certification have shifted how she wants to show up in the world. Have you subscribed to it? It’s called Vivrant.”

“I read the latest Vivrant newsletter about balancing motherhood and personhood, and I think it would really help you. I’ll send it to you, but make sure you subscribe.”

“Man, shit is crazy in the world. As much as we’re aware of the horrors, we’ve gotta find the beauty, right? You should subscribe to this new newsletter called Vivrant. I think you’d love it.”
